Entering the real real world

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit on responsibility and developing a sense of personal character. Our students need to be responsible and develop a sense of personal character. They need to be able to work with others and develop friendships through communication, cooperation, negotiation and listening. They need to be able to respond to the consequences of everyday life with responsibility and integrity. They also need to see meaning in their studies and envision a personal positive outcome of their goals.
Character development is an integral component of education throughout the differentiated curriculum. In this unit students will consistently be exposed to academic and character development. They will learn they have decision-making power over their lives.
