All Body Systems Go or "My Heart Will Go On" just don't "Take My Breath Away":

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Study of the Circulatory, Respiratory, Digestive, and Excretory Systems. Students in fifth grade are undergoing many body changes. Students at this age are very inquisitive and want to know how things work. Knowing about our body systems, e.g., circulatory, respiratory, digestive, and excretory, helps students understand the ways in which their bodies work. Understanding how the body systems interconnect and the process of digestion as well as how the respiratory, circulatory, and excretory systems work together will help students to become aware of and make good, healthy lifelong choices for their bodies. Students will gain understanding, knowledge, and insights towards positive healthy habits.
