An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Study of Ancient Greek Culture and Its Impact on Western Civilization. This interdisciplinary unit, designed for multi-level ninth grade students, not only explores the influence of Greek culture on Western Civilization, but also familiarizes students with various Odysseys of life (e.g. coming of age, quest for knowledge/power, and the search for self-identity), which are critical to the development of adolescents.
