Biome Alone, Too! Lost In The Ecosystems OR A Biome For Everything and Everything In Its Biome

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit for 3rd Grade on Biomes of the World. This unit is an interdisciplinary thematic study of biomes. It is designed to meet the standards and proficiency outcomes for Michigan's MEAP test and Ohio's 4th grade Proficiency Testing. Students will gain an understanding of the biome they live in and the various biomes of the world. Students will understand the relationships between living organisms in the biomes, the cause and effect impact of man, and gain an awareness and understanding of conservation.
