Coming to America or Tales of Whoa

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic, Standards-based Unit on Immigration in America from 1870 - 1920. Students will learn why people left heir home country to start a new lift in the United States, (famine, political discord, religious persecution and economic opportunity). Students will study the immigrant groups in the United States to introduce them to the Diversity of cultures in our country.
