Do You See What I Sea?

An interdisciplinary, thematic unit of the ocean and the life it sustains. The oceans of the world are essential to life. They cover approxiamately 3/4 of Earth's surface, providing habitats for 80 percent of all life forms found on our planet. The ocean operates as a giant community within itself. This unit is important because it teaches us that we depend on the ocean as much as it depends on us.
