An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit Exploring Moral and Ethical Issues in the Workplace. This unit is on ethical and moral workplace issues, and is important because our schools are placing more emphasis on school to work issues in programs such as High Schools That Work. Integration of moral and ethical teachings into the high school curriculum is a must. In addition, teaching these issues is imperative because of the recent paradigm shift in today's work place of developing and micromanaging the whole employee.
