Don't Look a Gift Force in the Mouth...May the forces of motion be with you!

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit with Forces and Motion Through the study of various forms of racing, students will learn the physics behind the motion and forces that different racing machines demonstrate. Students will study Newton's three laws of motion and identify examples of them in racing along with the mathematical computations of the various speeds and forces exhibited by the different race vehicles.
