Policemen and firemen (safety officers) use map to locate people and buildings, delivery people use maps to deliver letters and packages, families use maps to plan vacations, and school bus drivers use maps to get children to and from school. People use maps each and every day. This unit will teach students how to use maps and why maps are important in life.
