From "He" (2)...to Shining "Ce" (58) or How did the Rocket Get Its Red Glare?

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Study of Atoms and Molecules An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Study of Atoms and Molecules. The students will learn about the basic structure of matter and will discover how the internal structure of matter determines its physical properties. They will learn how the structure of matter affects behavior and how substances interact with one another. Students will also become familiar with the kinetic molecular theory of matter and be able to explain changes in state and characteristics of solids, liquids and gases in terms of this theory.
