An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Study of Lymnology Lymnology (the study of lakes) will lure Pleasant Lea Elementary students in learning that is substantive and applicable to the real world. Students will be exposed to the lakes of Lee's Summit and will learn the importance of the conservation of the lakes ecosystem.
