From Writing On Stones To Cellular Phones

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit on Inventions and Communications This unit employs an integrated, interdisciplinary approach to teaching sophomores about the vast span of inventions in communications. It requires them to look at all inventions in the area of communication, from hieroglyphics to clip art, Paul Revere to the Internet, the telegraph to the telephone. It enables the student to gain a broad knowledge base of where our communication started and the places it still has to go.
