Gold, Glory, and Gospel: Go West Young Man!! OR Greif, Graves, and Greed: Get Out of Dodge!!

An integrated, interdisciplinary thematic unit on Pioneers Grades 3&4 Pioneers followed the trails westward and explored the Great Plains, Rocky Mountains, and West Coast. The first pioneers explored, mapped, and wrote about these areas. This unit will teach students how these pioneers lived and traveled.
