Goodness Gracious Great Broads On Fire

An integrated, interdisciplinary, thematic unit of notable women in the twentieth century for fourth through sixth grades. Women throughout history and around the world have made significant and lasting achievements, accomplishments and contributions. Many were not recognized for their contributions in their time, only much later when the far reaching effects of their work were realized. The purpose of this unit is to bring about an awareness of the role, influence and impact of the 20th century women have had on American life and life around the globe.
