Her-story" as Opposed to History or She's a Bad Mamma Jamma

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary Thematic Unit on the Impact of Women Throughout American History Women have contributed to the history of the United States. Of all the women who have had an impact on the history of the United States, seventeen women will all be highlighted in this unit. It is important that students hear "her" story as well as "his" story.
