If Life Is Like a Bowl of Traverse City Cherries . . . Then Why Are We Always In a Lake Of Frosted Flakes Or Bridging The Gap Between Indians and Industry

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit on Michigan Products, People, and Places For Grades K-1-2-3 The students will learn facts about Michigan. The students will learn about Michigan products and how those products are transported. They will become aware of Michigan's Native American heritage and what impact those influences have made on today's culture. The students will also become familiar with historic, tourism, and interesting travel sites located in the "Great Lake" State.
