It Takes A Whole Village of People To Raise A Child

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Third Grade Unit on Communities and Citixenship As citizens of a local community and ultimately of the world, students must understand the workings of a community and how to be a productive citizen of their local community and citizens of the world. Students should understand the need for communities and the services the various communities render their members. Students will study the functions of their local political community.
