No Fear is Fear Itself. From Demigods to Deming. Europe and World War II
An Integrated, Interdisciplinary Study of the use of fear and its impact on World Peace. Appropriate social behavior has deisintegrated in recent history. As children do not have basic needs met which are historically provided by family and social institutions, they seek them in other ways, such as gangs, drugs, etc. This unit will investigate the use of fear as a controlling force over economic, social and political systems, beginning in Europe during WWII and continuing through changes in family structure shich has led to increased group violence today.
