Oh Dear What Can The Matter Be? Solids, Liquids, Gas

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Study of Matter All living and non-living things are made up of matter. By studying different objects, students will learn that all matter has mass and that all matter takes up space. Students will find that matter can be a solid, liquid, or gas, and that the three different kinds of matter are alike in some ways and different in others. One of the smallest units of matter is the atom, and atoms join together to form molecules. The children will connect the concept of matter to everyday objects and experiences around them.
