An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit of dealing with adversity and surviving difficult situations. All humans have the desire to meet their most basic needs of food, shelter, safety, and belonging. Students today are encountering more difficult situations through their busy lifestyles. Students will be able to interpret their immediate needs for survival and the possible dangers they may encounter, while developing the moral virtue of perseverance and acquiring a never give up attitude.
