An integrated, interdisciplinary, thematic unit on Differentiated Staff Development. Educators are continually struggling to find the "one best way" to educate students. Differentiated instruction is the highest level for all students, found to date. Through a series of staff development experiences, teachers will enhance their awareness of the invisible Diversity of their student audience. Essential concepts: learning styles, stages of group development, classroom organization and management, learning strategies, learning products.
