Ptolomy all about Astro-N-Me or Keep Orion the Stars

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit on the study of Astronomy. How was the universe created? WhatŠs out there? Are we alone? Why are we here? People have been asking these questions since the beginning of human history. A lot of time and money has been used to answer these questions. Many scientific breakthroughs and inventions came about in order to find these answers, many of which have changed our way of life and how we see ourselves in the universe. From this unit, students should learn the structure of the universe and theories of creation/origins and how our quest to answer the above questions has shaped not only science, but math, literature, history and other disciplines.
