An introductory/interdisciplinary investigation into: patterns, rates, slopes and functions with emphasis on graphing skills. Rates of change are used throughout society as a method of discussion making. It is useful for students to learn to solve, represent, and use rates as logical predictors of an outcome. Applications of rates of change can be found in Science, Economics, and History.
