An integrated/ interdisciplinary thematic unit on advertising and propaganda. Using critical thinking processes, studetns will investigate problems, isssues, facts and opinions, and concepts related to propaganda and advertising. They will become advertising "detectives". Using the overarching theme of Power, students will analyze and judge whether advertising is more effective and ethical in the present time, as opposed to past forms of advertising.
