Runnin' Against The Wind or We're on the Right Tack Now, Baby!

An integrated, interdisciplinary thematic unit on the competitive solo ocean race around the world. This interdisciplianary unit will engage students in "real life navigation" activities. This unit covers topics of survival, endurance, cultures, astronomy, navigation, oceans (sea life), global awareness and weather.
