An interdisciplinary study of the ocean for fifth graders. The oceans and other bodies of water cover nearly 75% of the earth's surface. The ocean has been viewed as a weather natural resources. The purpose of this unit is for students to understand ocean water, the ocean floor, ocean water movement and ocean resources.
