The 1960's Or . . .Peace, Love, War, It's A 60's Thing!!!

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Study of the 1960's. In times of war, political upheaval, and trips to the moon, the decade of the 60's was a pivotal epoch in the history of the world. Until and unless people understand the moments of tension, tragedy, cynicism, and triumph, they will never understand the present. This unit will examine the societal issues, economic status, and family dilemmas of the 1960's.
