The Changing Culture in Post-War America America in Black and White

This unit employs an integrated, thematic approach for high school students to stud the post - World War II period from 1945 through 1959. This unit explores the political, economic, social, and cultural aspects of this period as these were viewed and recorded in history texts, literature, artistic expression and musical trends.
