The Golden Gate of Opportunity? We're Coming to America

An Integrated/Intrdisciplinary Thematic Study of Asia/Hispanic Immigrants to the Western United States from the Pacific The purpose of this unit is to expose the students to the different aspects and impact Immigration had on the western side of the United States. The unit will teach students how Immigration has had a significant role in developing the Pacific Coast through industry, culture, social impact and governmental regulations.
