The Jungle Kings of Pop, or, All in the Family: Can't we all just get along?

  • $5.50

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic, Standards-based Unit for high schools on population ecology The world is shrinking and humans are leaving larger and larger footprints behind us. With global warming permeating the political culture and news, our actions (and inactions) in the environment, as well as how we affect other populations, are becoming increasingly important. As students explore populations in different ecosystems, how they interact and change in response to their environments, they can become more conscious of our future on this earth if action is not taken soon. Students will also recognize how our scientific concepts are continuing to develop as scientists observe and study the complexity of our ecological world.
