The Moon, We Saw, We Went, Why Haven't We Gone Back?
An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit Exploring The Social, Political, Economic, Scientific, and Literary Review of Man's Waxing and Waning Interest in Lunar Appeal. This interdisciplinary, thematic unit will focus on the changing face of the moon, and the voyage through space to land on the moon, and the future of the moon. Throughout man's history on earth, the moon has held a prominent position in science, religion, philosophy, literature, history, mathematics, the fine arts, and vocational/technological developments and advancements. Additionally, each component of this unit aligns with the Florida Sunshine State Standards.
