The Outsiders Decisions and Consequences

An Integrated, Thematic Interdisciplinary Unit of Decisions and Consequences to accompany S.E. Hinton's The Outsiders The study of decisions that the students will make throughout their lives and consequences that result will allow ninth graders to make educated choices. The students will study a wide variety of literatur involving decision making and the resulting consequences. They will also look at their own decisions, as well as those fo their ancestors. Finally, they will examine the relationship between personal decisions and the consequences that will result.
