To Secede, or Not To Secede?

A fifth grade interdisciplinary, integrated unit on the causes and effects of the Civil War. The Civil War was one of the most far-reaching events in the history of the United States. this unit was designed to introduce fifth grade students to the causes and effects of the Civil War on the United States. Students will also come to understand the life of ordinary people living in the North and South, as well as studying the improtant people and events of the era.
