An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic, Standards-based Unit on Career and Employablity Skills The purpose of this unit is to provide students with strategies for career decision-making, profile building and action planning. The overall aim of this lesson is to introduce students to the concepts and skills that are usesd in planning one's own career development. This lesson will enable the students to identify the main factors what will affect their career choice, including their skills and personal motivations, consider how to investigate their career ideas and options, and to start to take action in their career decision-making.
