United we stand. Divided we fall... Are we a union after all?

A 7th grade integrated, interdisciplinary study of the American civil war. The horrors of war need to be studied to show that war is not a solution and we need to find other methods to resolve conflict. The problem of racial and cultural division was not solved by the Civil War. Racial inequality, cultural division, and prejudice continue to be major problems.
