Wag the Words Not the Dog or Crystal Blue is Not Clear Persuasion!

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic, Standards-based Unit on the understanding of how persuasion is used everyday in our lives. To understand the world around us, students must be able to think critically of the information, read, heard or given. Persuasiveness has many forms. Students need to be able to determine what is fact or fiction, and be able to find the slant if any is given. The twenty first century is the information age, and students need to learn how to handle all the information in their world.
