An integrated, interdisciplinary unit correlating the operation of a school store to allow production and input from all departments (and profit sharing by all participating units). Many students, while prepared academically for graduation, do not demonstrate critical workplace skill that will enable them to function in the real world. This unit will provide important entrepeneurship skills that will help students succeed in areas such as problem solving, decision making, formulating procedures and systems, and charting one's own course.
