An Integrated, Interdisciplinary Thematic Unit on Animal Habitats for Grade 2. Animals, including humans, live in a variety of habitats. Each species of animal is related to all others and we cannot ignore the interdependent web of existence that we share. This unit will teach students how and why habitats are essential to life.
